How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary by package. The Starter package delivers in approximately 1 week. The Growth package takes 2–3 weeks. The Pro and Enterprise packages take 3–4 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
What do I need to provide to get started?
You will need to provide your brand assets (logo, colors, photos if available), your business information, and any content you want included. We will guide you through exactly what we need during the discovery call.
How does the review and revision process work?
Every package includes one round of revisions. We send you a preview link and you provide feedback in a single consolidated round. Additional revision rounds are available at $150/hour.
What happens after the project is delivered?
You receive all assets, logins, and a full documentation package. Optional ongoing support packages are available for SEO maintenance, chatbot updates, and content additions.
Do I own everything that is built?
Yes. Upon final payment, all assets, code, content, and accounts are yours. We do not retain ownership of any deliverables.
What is your refund policy?
We require a 50% deposit to begin work. Refunds are not available after work begins, but we guarantee delivery of every item listed in your scope of work. If we cannot deliver a listed item, we will refund the portion of the fee attributable to that item.
Can I upgrade my package after we start?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher package at any point. We will adjust the scope, timeline, and remaining balance accordingly.
Do you work with businesses outside the food industry?
Our services are designed specifically for food brands, restaurants, food creators, and related businesses. We do not currently take on projects outside the food industry.
