1. Services
- •Chew Technology provides website development, SEO-ready pages, AI chatbot setup, AI phone systems, recipe pages, and digital cookbooks for food brands, creators, and businesses.
- •All services are delivered according to the scope of work agreed upon in writing before work begins. Scope is defined in your project proposal and confirmed via email.
- •We reserve the right to decline any project that does not align with our service offerings or business values.
2. Payment Terms
- •A 50% deposit is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project delivery.
- •All prices are flat-rate as listed in your proposal. No additional fees will be charged without your written approval.
- •Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may result in project delays.
- •We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods specified in your invoice.
3. Revisions and Changes
- •Each project includes one round of revisions. A revision round is defined as a single consolidated list of feedback submitted after the initial delivery.
- •Additional revision rounds are billed at $150 per hour.
- •Scope changes requested after work has begun may require a revised proposal and additional fees.
- •Rush delivery is available for an additional $500 fee and reduces the standard timeline by approximately 50%.
4. Intellectual Property
- •Upon receipt of final payment, all deliverables — including website files, content, code, and assets — become your property.
- •Chew Technology retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
- •You represent that any content, images, or materials you provide to us are owned by you or that you have the right to use them.
- •We are not responsible for intellectual property claims arising from materials you provide.
5. Client Responsibilities
- •You agree to provide all required content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client responses may extend the project timeline.
- •You are responsible for maintaining your domain, hosting, and third-party service accounts after project delivery.
- •You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
6. Limitation of Liability
- •Chew Technology is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- •Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the total amount paid for that project.
- •We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or revenue results from our services.
7. Termination
- •Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, you forfeit the deposit.
- •If Chew Technology terminates a project due to circumstances outside our control, we will refund any portion of fees attributable to undelivered work.
- •Upon termination, all completed work will be delivered to you and all project access will be transferred.
8. Governing Law
- •These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States.
- •Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
